By renting from Constant Temp Refrigerated Trailer Rentals, you agree to the following:
Rental Agreement
All rentals are subject to a signed agreement outlining the duration, fees, responsibilities, and use conditions.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Use of Equipment
Renter is responsible for using equipment as intended and ensuring proper electrical connections.
Damage & Liability
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the renter’s responsibility. The renter assumes liability for misuse or negligence.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur fees.
Delivery & Pickup
Scheduled times must be adhered to. Additional fees may apply for delays, rescheduling, or inaccessible delivery sites.
